Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many Single Justice Procedure notices have been issued in England and Wales in each reporting year since 2018.

The volume of defendants dealt with via Single Justice Procedure notices is published on a quarterly basis as part of the National Statistics series Criminal Court Statistics Quarterly.
