Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if she will publish the Terms of Reference for the review into the handling of prison capacity.

The Terms of Reference for the review into the handling of prison capacity were published on Friday 7 February following a Written Ministerial Statement to Parliament.
