Xlinks Morocco-UK Power Project
Asked by: Heather Wheeler (Conservative - South Derbyshire) Wednesday 29th March 2023 Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero: To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what recent progress his Department has made on the proposed Xlinks renewable energy interlink with Morocco. Answered by Graham Stuart The Government is interested in the Xlinks project and has established a dedicated team within the department to consider – without commitment – the viability and merits of the proposal to understand how it could contribute to the UK’s energy security. |
